I’m basically loving all things nude, gold and brown this season. I’ll probably still be obsessing over these colours come Summertime as well. I love how these colours can look absolutely flawless and mesmerising on every skin tone. All of my current favourite makeup that comes in all shades of gold, brown and nude are from drugstores. Makeup from drugstores has got to be a favourite for everyone because this is where you can find the best, the prettiest and the most fresh makeup at the most affordable prices.
Some my favourite makeup products that I just can’t get enough of include:
LA Girl Eyeshadow Nudes Palette –I absolutely love the wide variety of eyeshadow colours in this palette. From the shimmery eyeshadow colours to matte eyeshadow colours, each colour is just amazing. I have seen this eyeshadow palette on different skin tones and it always looks stunning.
Essence lip-glosses – I’m really just a fan of lip-glosses and Essence’s nude lip-gloss range has become my favourite section on the Essence stands. My favourite colours are Sweet Almond and Taste The Sweets. There is a whole wide range to pick and choose from and each gloss comes with its unique aroma.
Catrice eyeshadow – The pigmentation for this eyeshadow is amazing and it is called Please Gold The Line. All you need to do is simply apply one layer of the eyeshadow colour and you’re done, that’s how great it is. It’s too great to simply just be an eyeshadow colour that I sometimes use it as a highlight.
When wanting to master the natural makeup look there are some rules and pointers one needs to consider and think about. It is basically all about luscious lips, golden eyes and that mega-popping highlight.
Eyes – Remember that eyes can still make a statement by simply applying number of mascara coats to enhance your eyelashes or falsies. You can even add some golden and brown colour eyeshadows to the eyes to add an extra detail and statement.
Lips – You can never go wrong with nude lips, but make sure you find the right nude shade for your skin tone. Don’t get a nude lip colour that’s too light and looks ashy on your lips. Test the lipstick or lip-gloss before you purchase it. And once you’ve found the perfect nude lipstick, you can add a touch of lipgloss over the lips just to add that little dazzle.
The best thing about all of these colours is that they work great in every season Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring. And who doesn’t want to be looking radiant and luminous all year long.
